Our Businesses

ALICETOD operates four product lines as independent businesses — each with dedicated production, quality systems, and a focused website for catalogs and inquiries.

Years of Manufacturing Focus

Category-specific teams built over years of B2B production — not a general trading desk, but owned lines with real capacity and accumulated know-how.

Reliable Product Quality

Defined specifications, material checks, inline inspection, and pre-shipment approval — quality is managed in process, not promised after the fact.

Structured B2B Workflow

Inquiry, sampling, PO confirmation, production scheduling, QC, and export — each step documented so partners know what happens and when.

Quality Control at Every Stage

From incoming materials to final AQL inspection before packing — defects are caught on the line, not at destination.

How We Work With B2B Partners

Whether you are launching a private-label program or restocking an established catalog, every order follows a defined sequence. Timelines vary by product line and season — confirmed in your quotation.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & Specification

You share product requirements, target quantities, customization (print, label, packaging), and destination. We route the inquiry to the right business line team.

  2. 02

    Quotation & Sampling

Written quote with MOQ, unit price, lead time, and Incoterm. Pre-production sample for approval before bulk — specs locked once sample is signed off.

  3. 03

    PO, Deposit & Scheduling

Signed confirmation and deposit per contract. Production slot reserved with realistic delivery date — capacity planned upfront, not over-promised.

  4. 04

    Production & Inline QC

Manufacturing with material traceability where applicable. Inline checks on dimensions, color, workmanship, and packaging during production — not only at the end.

  5. 05

    Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final random inspection (AQL), photos or video for remote approval, and hold on shipment if critical defects exceed agreed limits. Third-party inspection available when required.

  6. 06

    Export Packing & Delivery

Export cartons, labeling, palletizing, and shipping documents prepared. Balance payment and B/L or AWB release per agreed terms. See Shipping & Delivery for freight details.

Built Over Years, Not Overnight

ALICETOD grew by staying focused on manufacturing — one product category at a time. Each business line has its own production team, supplier relationships, and quality standards developed through years of repeat B2B orders.

We are not a sourcing agent that shops around for the lowest factory quote. We operate owned production and long-term partner workshops, which means we understand material behavior, seasonal capacity, and the details that affect consistency across bulk runs.

Our clients — wholesalers, retailers, studios, hotels, florists, and brand owners — value partners who can deliver the same product again and again, not just win the first order on price alone.

Quality Systems by Product Line

Quality requirements differ by category. Each line maintains checklists and acceptance criteria appropriate to its materials and end use.

  • Yoga Mats — rubber compound consistency, print registration, grip and durability testing, carton protection for rolled goods.
  • Bedding — silk fill weight and origin documentation, stitch density, OEKO-TEX and material certs, vacuum-pack integrity for export.
  • Jewelry — plating thickness, stone setting, tarnish resistance, anti-scratch inner packaging for high-value cartons.
  • Artificial Flowers — petal shape retention, color batch consistency, shape-protective packing to prevent deformation in transit.

What Quality Control Covers

QC is integrated into production — not a single checkpoint added before loading the container.

  • Incoming materials — verify grade, color lot, certificates, and supplier batch records before use.
  • Inline inspection — random checks during cutting, assembly, printing, plating, or handwork stages.
  • Final AQL sampling — inspect finished goods against agreed spec sheet before export packing begins.
  • Pre-shipment approval — photos, video walkthrough, or third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.) when contract requires.
  • Export packing audit — carton strength, labeling, shipping marks, and pallet configuration for international handling.

Why Partners Stay With Us

Long-term B2B relationships depend on predictable execution. Our partners cite clear communication, honest lead times, and accountability when something needs correction.

  • Dedicated contact per business line — quotes and orders handled by the team that knows the product.
  • Transparent milestones — sampling, production start, QC completion, and ready-to-ship dates communicated proactively.
  • Defined remedies — quality issues addressed per contract with rework, replacement, or credit as agreed.
  • Private label ready — custom packaging, barcodes, and brand assets supported when specs are confirmed upfront.
